“The sale and sexual exploitation of children, including child prostitution child pornography and other sexual abuse material” is the topic that our delegate Mr. James Harrison Greenwood discussed at the 2022 UN Third Committee Conference on Friday 7th October.

Furthermore, the Special Rapporteur Ms. Mama Fatima Singhateh personally thanked the Order of Malta for the support in this area.

“Children remain the most vulnerable in situation of armed conflicts – Mr. Greenwood said – UN verified 23,982 grave violation against children in conflict zones”.

“Within Ukraine – continued – the Order provided delivering relief and supplies in 65 cities and towns, and has provided 13,000 psychosocial counseling hours to displaced families”.
