The Permanent Observer Mission of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the United Nations in Vienna hosted an intimate ceremony and reception to honour Minister Counsellor Gregory Pang, who was awarded the Cross Pro Merito Melitensi, of the order of Malta, for his longstanding dedication and service to the Order.

Ambassador Beresford-Hill formally presented the decoration, recognising Minister Counsellor Pang’s exceptional contributions, particularly his work in strengthening bilateral relations, his role as Security Council monitor, and his dedicated support to the Order’s mission at the United Nations. His consistent work behind the scenes have made him an invaluable asset to the Mission and to the Order’s broader diplomatic efforts.

The gathering brought together a diverse circle of guests, including representatives from the UN community, members of the Order, as well as close friends and family. The warm, convivial atmosphere reflected the high regard in which he is held across professional and personal spheres.
