Today, the President of the General Assembly, H.E. Abdulla Shahid, opened the meeting titled ‘Briefing by the Secretary-General on the Progress in the Implementation of Recommendations Contained in the Report on “Our Common Agenda”’. During this briefing hosted by Secretary General H.E. Antonio Guterres, United Nations members were able to interject from the floor with their national interests to discuss the current process that has been made in achieving this whilst considering the impacts that COVID-19 has had.
