Recently, His Excellency, Ambassador Dr. Paul Beresford-Hill delivered his statement at the high-level meeting on the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction.
In his speech, the Ambassador highlighted that “The Sovereign Order of Malta has been at the forefront of this effort, by fostering collaborative frameworks and sharing knowledge among nations, organizations, and stakeholders to preemptively identify and mitigate risks, establish robust early warning systems, and promoting adaptive measures.”
