Mrs. Vangansuren outlined the challenges facing her country, particularly land degradation, desertification, and the health impacts of urban centralization. She noted that these environmental shifts have led to an increase in respiratory illnesses and other health concerns linked to air pollution and lifestyle changes. In response, Ambassador Beresford-Hill emphasized the Order\u2019s specialized expertise in mobile medical units, noting that their experience with mobile pre-natal care and treating environmental eye infections in other regions could be helpful in providing advice in assisting Mongolia\u2019s rural and mountain populations.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting concluded with a mutual commitment to expanding collaboration and identifying shared humanitarian goals. Ambassador Beresford-Hill expressed the Order\u2019s intent to strengthen its presence in Asia.
