He noted ongoing work to improve healthcare services, including initiatives focused on child health and preventive care.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1528\">Ambassador Beresford-Hill commended Fiji\u2019s leadership in climate and health resilience and outlined areas of potential collaboration with the Sovereign Order of Malta, including the Order\u2019s \u201cDoctor-to-Doctor\u201d medical capacity-building initiative.
